Not necessarily. If you have recent labs (within 3–6 months) you can upload them — that's the most direct path. If you don't, your physician can order a targeted panel, or you can book a consultation first to discuss options before ordering anything.

What if I already have labs from my PCP?

Bring them. Most standard labs from your PCP, urgent care, or a lab like Quest or LabCorp include everything we need. After submitting this form you'll be guided to send them through our HIPAA-compliant Spruce messaging line or your Charm Health patient portal.

Will I see the same physician every time?

Yes — always. Dr. Paul Jackson, DO is the treating physician for every MetaWell patient at every visit. This is foundational to how MetaWell works.

Is treatment guaranteed after I submit?
